Mail Boxes Etc. Philippines (MBE PH) has announced a landmark partnership with global virtual mailbox technology provider Anytime Mailbox, expanding its suite of business solutions with digital mailbox and virtual address services.
The collaboration introduces a modern and secure way for customers to manage their physical mail remotely, reinforcing MBE PH’s position as a one-stop hub for logistics, printing, and business support services in the country.
Through the Anytime Mailbox platform, MBE customers can now register for a digital mailbox and Manila-based virtual address, allowing them to access and manage their mail anytime, anywhere. With this service, users can:
View incoming mail through an app or online dashboard
Request scanning, forwarding, storage, or shredding
Receive packages and correspondence digitally
Maintain a professional Manila address for business or personal use
Forward mail and packages locally or internationally through MBE PH partner couriers (add-on service)
Customers may sign up and use the address of MBE PH’s pilot store in Malate, Manila, with additional locations expected to be available as the network expands.
The partnership comes at a time when remote work, cross-border entrepreneurship, and global mobility continue to reshape how individuals and businesses operate.
“Our collaboration with Anytime Mailbox is an exciting expansion of our global network,” said Chermaine Fulgencio, Vice President for Operations and Marketing of Mail Boxes Etc. Philippines. “Together, we’re providing customers in the Philippines the best of both worlds: people-first physical service and digital convenience.”
She added, “This allows us to better serve MSMEs and Filipinos abroad who need a reliable Manila address. Now, your mail moves with you.”
Mail Boxes Etc. has long focused on handling the “et ceteras” of business, the everyday but essential tasks that support operations. The addition of digital mailbox services further strengthens this commitment by integrating technology into its service ecosystem.
“Convenience and empowerment have always been our focus,” said Norman Fulgencio, Chairman of Mail Boxes Etc. Philippines. “Bringing Anytime Mailbox into our ecosystem broadens what we can do for our customers and adds an innovative, tech-driven solution to our services.”
The partnership was formalized under the leadership of MBE PH Chairman Norman Fulgencio and Anytime Mailbox Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Matt Going, reflecting a shared vision of delivering flexible, future-ready tools to businesses and individuals in the Philippines. The signing was also attended by Managing Director Melissa Fulgencio-Matienzo, Vice President for Operations and Marketing Chermaine Fulgencio, and MBE PH team members.
As MBE Philippines continues to grow its network, the integration of digital mailbox technology marks a significant step forward in providing accessible, hybrid business solutions that combine physical service with digital convenience.
