Do you offer pick-ups?

We do offer pick-up service for corporate customers only.

What is the lead time?

International deliveries usually take 5–7 days, while shipments to remote areas may require up to 14 days.

Do you accomodate walk-ins?

Yes, we do! You may visit our Pilot Store located at the Ground Floor, CBPI Building, 1953–55 M. Adriatico St., Malate, Manila 1004. For faster service, you may also book your shipment details through our App before coming to the store.

What is the maximum value per package that a client can import or export?

UPS:
EXPORT:
No service shall be rendered in the transportation of any packages or articles with an actual value in excess of USD 50,000 (or the local currency equivalent); or USD 100,000 per pallet for UPS Worldwide Express Freight Services shipments (or the local currency equivalent).

IMPORT:
The maximum actual or declared value for a UPS Import Control shipment is USD 50,000 per package and USD 100,000 per pallet, provided that for any UPS Import Control package or pallet with an actual or declared value in excess of USD 1,000, the shipper must ensure that a UPS high value shipment summary is generated and signed by the UPS driver upon tender of the package or pallet to UPS. If no high value shipment summary is obtained and signed, the maximum actual or declared value of each such package or pallet is limited to USD 1,000.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status online or through the courier’s tracking system.

Customs, Duties and Regulations

What are DDU and DDP?

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): This means the seller delivers the package to the destination country, but the consignee (receiver) is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. For most countries, packages valued below USD 100 are no longer subject to duties.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): This option covers all duties and taxes upfront. The consignee won’t need to pay upon delivery, as these charges are already settled. DDP is available upon request and subject to approval, with additional fees.

How much will be my Duties and Taxes?

Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping fees. These costs determined by the customs of the destination country.

Are there any prohibitted and or restrictions on what I can send?

Certain items may be prohibited or restricted depending on the destination country or courier partner. Please check with our staff or refer to our shipping guidelines to ensure that your shipment complies with regulations.

Do you conduct inspection before shipping?

Yes, all items are required to undergo inspection and verification prior to shipping, as mandated by cargo acceptance regulations of the destination country. Mail Boxes Etc. Philippines and its partner couriers reserve the right to refuse shipments that do not comply with these regulations.

Rates and Quotations

Are there any additional fees?

Our rates cover the base freight cost only. Please note that fuel surcharge, additional handling, large shipment fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and insurance are not included and must be shouldered by the consignee.

How to determine the billable/chargeable weight?

Billable weight is the weight used to calculate the rate. The billable weight will be the greater of the package’s actual or dimensional weight.

UPS:
Chargeable weight= L x W x H (CM)/ 5000
